In the case of loss, destruction, or expiry, the voucher cannot be replaced.
The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable either in full or part cash.
Vouchers cannot be used over multiple transactions and accommodation vouchers must be redeemed for consecutive nights’ stay.
A physical or digital copy of the voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
When making a reservation, the bearer must indicate that the payment will be by voucher and the voucher number above must be quoted.
Reservations are essential for accommodation, spa, or dining and vouchers are only for redemption at Pullman Magenta Shores Resort outlets, excluding Magenta Golf.
The voucher is subject to availability.
Special events, public holidays, or school holidays may be excluded or incur an additional fee.
The voucher must carry an authorised unique voucher number to be redeemed.
