• In the case of loss, destruction, or expiry, the voucher cannot be replaced.
• The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable either in full or part cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used over multiple transactions and accommodation vouchers must be redeemed for consecutive nights’ stay.
• A physical or digital copy of the voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
• When making a reservation, the bearer must indicate that the payment will be by voucher and the voucher number above must be quoted.
• Reservations are essential for accommodation, spa, or dining and vouchers are only for redemption at Pullman Magenta Shores Resort outlets, excluding Magenta Golf.
• The voucher is subject to availability.
• Special events, public holidays, or school holidays may be excluded or incur an additional fee.
• The voucher must carry an authorised unique voucher number to be redeemed.
